Продажа займов, предполагающая объединение ряда займов (или иных форм кредитных средств) в одну группу (пул) и выпуск ценных бумаг, гарантированных процентами по этому пулу. Продажа займов в форме ценных бумаг, выпущенных под пул (объединение) займов (или иных форм кредитных средств) и гарантированных процентами по этому пулу. Платежеспособность пула обеспечивается предоставлением частичных гарантий и/или избыточным обеспечением кредита ценными бумагами.
